Do I need an appointment for a massage?
No — walk-ins are welcome whenever attendants are working. The live schedule shows who’s on today at each club; calling or texting ahead guarantees your time.
What’s the difference between a body rub and a registered massage?
Our clubs offer relaxation-focused body rub, sensual and erotic massage — not clinical or RMT treatment, and we don’t issue insurance receipts. It’s private time in a comfortable room, at your pace.
Do you offer “happy ending” massage?
Luxe clubs offer private erotic massage and body rub sessions. What you book is time with your attendant in a private room — call or text and we’ll help you choose the session that suits you.
Are body rub parlours legal in Ottawa?
Yes — body rub parlours operate legally in Ottawa and are regulated by the city. Luxe has run its clubs openly in the capital for 20 years.
What is the difference between a massage and a sensual massage?
A registered massage treats muscles on a clinical clock. A sensual massage is about how the hour feels — slower, warmer and entirely at your pace, in a private room with the attendant you chose.
Is my visit discreet?
Completely. Private rooms, discreet entrances, cash accepted, and no membership needed. Discretion has been the house rule at Luxe for 20 years.
Do I need to be a member to visit the cinema?
No — you’re welcome at the cinema without any membership.

What happens at an adult entertainment club?
At Luxe it depends on the door you pick: private massage and body rub sessions at five clubs across Ottawa, plus an adult cinema, immersive VR, fantasy booths, peep shows and a boutique at 175 Montreal Road.
Can you host a bachelor party or group night?
Yes — the 175 Montreal Road venue can be rented for private events, and groups are welcome at the cinema and VR lounge any day. Call 613·745·9134 to plan it.
Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?
Absolutely. Gender and sexual orientation are never in question here. If anyone causes issues around discrimination, please speak to our staff.
Is there a dress code?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and happy (within the law for public spaces).
Can I come and go on a cinema day pass (e.g. smoke breaks)?
Yes — just check in with reception on your way out and back so you’re not asked to buy another ticket. The day pass covers unlimited re-entry.
Is admission cash only?
Yes, we’re cash only — there’s an ATM on site.
