Do I need to be a member to visit cinema?
No, you don’t. You are welcome to the cinema without any membership.

Could I come alone?
Yes, of course, we are waiting for you!

Hours of operation?
We are open 7 days a week from 11am to 11pm.

Can I rent the place for private events?
Yes please call us for more information at 613-745-9134.

Is Luxe Elite Club the same as Luxe Standard Club?
No, Luxe Elite Club requires a membership, Luxe Standard Club does not.

When will Luxe Elite Club open?
November 2024.

Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?
Of course. Ones gender or sexual orientation should never be pulled into question. Please see to the staff if someone should cause issues regarding any form of discrimination.

Is there a dress code?
You wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and happy. No one should dictate what another person puts on their body (though, follow the law with regards to exposure in public spaces outside of closed doors).

Can we come and go from at any time once we purchase a ticket, I’m thinking for smoke breaks?
Cinema goers are of course welcome to go for smoke breaks, however, please check in with reception on the way out and upon your, so you are not asked to purchase another ticket for reentry, because tickets do not cover for our attendees to leave and return to the theatre.

Is the admission fee still cash only?
We are still cash only, but we have an atm on site
